MONDAY METABOLIC SWEAT - If you are looking for challenge and to blast some fat fast, you will love our Metabolic Sweat class. Interval Training combined with battle ropes, KB’s, bodyweight exercises and other functional training fun will help you torch calories in just 45 minutes.

TUESDAY BURN INTERVALS - Whether you want to hit a personal record in your next race or you want to blast fat to get lean and strong, our Burn Intervals class is the way to go. Your blood will be pumping and the sweat will be flying in these 45 minute classes.

HIIT & SUB30 Core - “Thursday Killer Core” will not only help you look amazing but it will prevent injuries. In our Killer Core class you will work not only your abs but your entire core, including gluteus and back.

SUPER SATURDAY - Whatever your goals are we can help you hit them with our Super Saturday class. With compound and hybrid moves you will build strength and burn stubborn belly fat !
