Our outdoor group fitness and wellbeing program is created exclusively for women. So, come and try a Bootcamp or Mums & Bubs session. Both outdoor and virtual Bootcamps are organized. Classes are held at Five Dock Park, Inner West Sydney. Our program is arranged to help our clients achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind in a safe, fun, accessible, and encouraging setting. We give you a full workout with or without gym equipment. Moreover, you are offered personalised attention and care to each trainee. Women’s Bootcamp

In these sessions, we offer strength training combined with high-intensity intervals. All these help you strip fat, sculpt lean muscle and boost your energy. However, this is not a one-size-fits-all Bootcamp.

Mums and Bubs

These sessions are generally based on pre-and-post natal training. We make sure that the return to exercise after having a baby is tailored to the needs of a new mum and thus, safe.

We aim to build your strength from the inside out and help you achieve the post-baby body you have always desired. Also, these sessions are suitable for mums with babies from 6 weeks old as well as toddlers and pre-schoolers.

Virtual Bootcamp & Online Coaching

We offer online training programs as well as meal plans that contribute to overall flexibility, accountability, and access to an expert fitness trainer when you need them.

Our trainers will join you on zoom to guide you, supervise you, explain exercises, and provide structure. If you’d like to work out from the comfort of your own home, (personal training) this is the best option. These sessions are taken on Zoom, are tailored to the needs of each individual.

We Start With an Assessment

We want to serve you better. That is why prior to starting a 1:1 coaching plan, we do our thorough FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT. During these assessment sessions, our coaches will evaluate your mobility, movement, and motor control. Based on your fitness goals, additional assessments are available for body composition, posture, and athletic performance. Depending on your unique requirements, we meet you where you are at creating a personalized experience that takes from the top-tiered assessments in the fitness industry.
